Granite Magnetic Island
Right in the heart of Nelly Bay, Granite Bar is all about good food, good drinks and settling in with good company. It’s casual, lively and very easy to turn a quick dinner into cocktails and a much later night.
The menu is made for sharing, with house made tapas and seasonal share plates alongside generous stone baked pizzas loaded with fresh, quality ingredients. Order a few plates for the table, split a pizza or make a proper meal of it. There are gluten free and vegetarian options too, making Granite an easy choice when everyone wants something different.
Then there are the cocktails. Granite has built a seriously good drinks list, mixing house creations with classics and their own twists on old favourites. They lay claim to Magnetic Island’s biggest crafted cocktail range, so if margaritas and cocktails are your thing, this one belongs on the list.
It’s also a great option for groups, birthdays and celebrations, with bookings available for larger tables and the team able to tailor events for bigger groups. If you’d rather take dinner back to your accommodation, pizzas can also be ordered for takeaway.
Granite is open Monday to Saturday from 5pm, making it an easy Nelly Bay dinner stop or somewhere to settle in for tapas, pizza and a few cocktails as the night rolls on.
