Home to good food, good drinks and good times, Restaurant Elsie is a relaxed dining spot with a modern Australian menu. The chefs pride themselves on honest cooking and feel-good dishes, using seasonal and sustainable produce from local North Queensland suppliers, and they absolutely deliver.

Located in the Sea Salt Arcade in Picnic Bay, Magnetic Island, Elsie offers a welcoming space whether you’re dropping in straight off the beach for a quick bite or settling in for a long, lazy meal.

The menu is made for sharing, with an ever-changing selection of specials listed on the blackboard. The drinks list leans towards Australian wines, carefully chosen craft beers and a considered cocktail lineup to suit all tastes.

Elsie also hosts weddings and events and provides off-site catering packages. They’re open from 4 pm until late, Thursday to Monday.
